Returns & Changes

We provide 90% returns when we have not created a layout made to the information you have given us. We provide 50% return when a draft layout has been made and emailed out for review. we provide 10% returns when the draft layout has been signed from customer and already engraved onto the monument. Additionally, changes can be made at anytime before the layout has been signed by the customer. We send out a draft layout to ensure all the information given will be engraved correctly.
